My love for photography started many years ago, as a young child I was fascinated by my Dad's camera kit and photo albums. From an early age photos and the memories they hold sparked something within me and only years later did that spark ignite into something I feel privileged to call my career.
My Journey
My journey into the photographic world was not a planned one, when I lived abroad I was determined to capture all the amazing places I was lucky enough to visit and all the wonderful people I met along the way. As I captured my travels I began to realize that this could be so much more. When I moved back home in 2011 I began photographing weddings, families, newborns and more recently documentary birth photography.
My Style
My style is authentic, moody and classic with a darker edge. I am constantly striving to capture that fun, special or just plain amazing moment that can be looked back upon over the years. Knowing that I am able to capture these moments in time for my clients truly brings me great happiness.
My Personal Life
On a personal level I am mom to a crazy, energetic and beautiful 7 year old who I adore to the ends of this earth, I am also mom to two cute and naughty daschunds who think they are human (possibly my fault!), and a cat who thinks he owns us humans! I love my tribe who consist of my always supportive family, my crazy beautiful friends and my partner who always puts up with my madness! I love living life and embracing every single moment I am blessed with. When I am not at my desk editing away or shooting in one of our many gorgeous locations, you will find me on the beach, going for long drives and exploring new places, wine tasting or curled up watching a good movie with about a ton of popcorn!
I love good food, company and beautiful sunsets.
